Includes a 60-minute phone or Google Meet consultation. After the call, you’ll receive detailed notes summarizing our discussion along with curated links and recommendations so you can confidently move forward with planning your trip.
Process: Complete the questionnaire below and submit it. Provide as much detail as you can. This allows me to prepare tailored ideas ahead of your consultation. You’ll then receive an email to schedule your call. Within one week after the session, I’ll send comprehensive notes covering hotels, dining suggestions, activities, and helpful booking links.
FULL ITINERARY + RESERVATIONS
Prefer a fully customized trip with everything arranged for you? I begin with a travel consult to understand your interests, priorities, and wishlist. Whether you’re exploring a single destination like London or traveling across multiple cities, I’ll design a personalized itinerary and manage all bookings on your behalf.
I handle restaurant reservations, private guides, major attractions, transportation, and more — ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged.
Process: Submit the questionnaire below to help me prepare initial ideas. You’ll receive an email to schedule your consultation. One to two weeks after the call, we’ll deliver a detailed itinerary including hotel options, restaurant suggestions, activities, and pricing. Once approved, we confirm all reservations. Before departure, you’ll receive a finalized digital itinerary along with tickets and confirmations for a seamless travel experience. If you had booked a travel consult, then decided after to go with the full itinerary booking, the consultation fee will be applied toward your full booking cost.
